POWERUP Refund Policy

Thanks for your interest in the products of TailorToys LLC.

Our return policy allows you to return the Product (s) purchased by you directly from poweruptoys.com after obtaining a return material authorization (“RMA”) during the 30 day period following date of shipment. If the Product is returned sealed (shrink wrap unbroken), unused, undamaged, in its original condition, and in the original packaging in accordance with this policy, we will exchange it or offer a refund of the purchase price paid, A refund will be made by crediting the account used to make the original purchase. The RMA may be obtained by contacting support@poweruptoys.com. The customer will be requested to provide a digital photo proof of the Products he wishes to return. The Product must be received at TailorToys LLC warehouse within 14 days after issuance of the RMA.

All Products must be packed in the original, unopened and unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation. The reason that we require items to be sealed and in original unused condition is that these items will be resold to other customers and therefore must be in new unused condition. The RMA number must be included with the returned Product. Shipping and handling charges, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to TailorToys LLC warehouse. If you return the Product without an RMA from TailorToys LLC beyond the 14 day RMA issuance period, or without proper packaging, TailorToys LLC retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return. The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time. Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for TailorToys LLC to credit the account used to make the original purchase.

Warranty

365 days Limited Warranty!

TailorToys LLC warrants the Physical Product, and only the Physical Product, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 365 days from the date of retail purchase by the original purchaser and from a POWERUP authorized reseller (“Warranty Period”). Under this Limited Warranty, if a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received and approved by TailorToys LLC within the Warranty Period - TailorToys LLC will replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished Product.

To obtain warranty service please contact - support@poweruptoys.zendesk.com. You will need to provide proof of purchase details before receiving warranty service. You will need to provide detailed proof of the defect or malfunction. You will be asked to provide a detailed explanation of the problem accompanied with photos and videos. Our tech support will initially try to help you solve the issue yourself. There is no need to send TailorToys LLC the damaged Product in return for replacement. Only after Tech support concludes and approves the item is damaged, a replacement will be sent.

Exclusions and Limitations:

This warranty covers the normal and intended use of POWERUP Products. It applies only to the hardware product TailorToys L.L.C manufactured that can be identified by the “POWERUP” trademark, trade name or logo affixed to it. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-“POWERUP” hardware product (s).

TailorToys LLC does not warrant that the operation of POWERUP Products will be uninterrupted or error-free. TailorToys LLC is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions.

This warranty does not apply to: (a) consumable parts, such as batteries, or protective coatings designed to diminish over time unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) damage caused by use with non-TailorToys LLC products; (c) loss of the product (d) damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature; incorrect electrical line voltage, fluctuations or surges; damage caused by improper installation; product alteration or modification; improper or unauthorised repair; exterior finish or cosmetic damage; (e) damage caused by operating outside the intended (f) defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal ageing of the POWERUP product.
